Leading with AI: Influence

Course Dates: May 21-June 11 with one-day live session in Indianapolis on 5/28, and a live online Zoom session on 6/4 from 1-3:30pm. 

Hybrid, instructor-led format

Pre-course work required: GenAI 101 async videos and light course-work that will provided with purchase of this course.

• Week 1 (starting on 5/21/26): asynchronous material, at your own pace
• Week 2 (5/28/26): one-day, live, in-person at 16 Tech in Indianapolis
• Week 3 (6/4/26): 2.5 hours of live, online, instructor-led session
• Week 4 (course to be completed by 6/11/26): action learning project

• Clarifies your influence map: stakeholders, motivations, and a credible path to “yes”
• Elevates messaging: use AI to draft, tighten, and tailor communications for different audiences
• Builds trust and credibility: evidence, transparency, timing—minus manipulation

• Keeps ethics front and center: privacy, bias checks, and responsible use of generative tools
