Hybrid, instructor-led format
Pre-course work required: GenAI 101 async videos and light course-work that will provided with purchase of this course.
- Week 1 (starting on 11/19/26): asynchronous material, at your own pace
- Week 2 (scheduled on 12/3/26): one-day, live, in-person at 16 Tech in Indianapolis, from 9am-4pm
- Week 3 (scheduled on 12/10/26): 2.5 hours of live, online, instructor-led session
- Week 4 (course scheduled to be completed by 12/17/26): action learning project
What this course does
- Maps the landscape: identify stakeholders, understand motivations, and plan credible paths to “yes”
- Builds communication plans that land: audience-specific messages, timing, channels, and feedback loops
- Prepares leaders for resistance: diagnose concerns, address impacts, and sequence wins that build momentum
- Clarifies governance and readiness: roles, decision rights, and simple checkpoints to keep efforts on track
- Uses AI for lift, not spin: draft and refine messaging, scenario-plan objections, and summarize sentiment—safely and responsibly
