Fundamentals of Project Management Professional Certificate

Course Dates: September 3rd - November 19th, 2024.

Course Overview: The course introduces students to the Project Management Institute’s ten knowledge areas and five process groups while offering opportunities to put the techniques learned into practice. Those who complete the four courses will understand project portfolio management, organizational structures, portfolio planning, and project alignment, along with topics that contribute to effective project management like structured thinking, business and technology architecture, organizational change management, estimation, risk management, and communications.

Course Structure: Four, three-week modules online (asynchronous). Each course begins the first full week of the month and runs for three consecutive weeks and includes instructor support. By completing the four-course series, participants will earn a certificate from the Kelley School of Business.
