Business Essentials Certificate Program

Overview: Learn to become an effective leader who makes change happen with an online certificate. This certificate program is for people who realize that advancing their careers will require a new approach, a new game plan. Business Essentials will help do that by exposing you to the essentials of management, finance, accounting, operations, analytics, and marketing. You will work with Kelley faculty in each of these areas, along with like-minded individuals in your cohort.

Courses include:

• Course 1: Setting Direction for Yourself and Your Business
• Course 2: Fundamentals of Financial Intelligence, Value Creation
• Course 3: Understanding the Customer: Marketing
• Course 4: Managing the Business, Turning Business Acumen into Value

Structure: The four courses are 100% online and include self-paced individual work and one-on-one instruction with faculty from the Kelley School of Business.  Each course is 3 weeks in length, running from September 6 - December 17, 2022. 

Cost: $3,200
