PMP Exam Prep

2024 Course Dates:

Summer: 6/3-8/12, Mondays from (6-9pm ET)

Course Overview:This course will prepare students for the most current Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.  This includes predictive, agile, and hybrid methodologies and in-depth coverage of all areas of the most current Exam Content Outline (ECO).  The course meets ten times for three hours and includes pre- and post-session work.  The course include includes the 36 hours of Project Management training required to take the PM exam.  This course is designed for the working professional who wants to be able to take the PMP exam AND be able to apply the learning to their own project work.

Course Structure: Time commitment is 5-6 hours per week.  (3 hours of synchronous online meeting and 2-3 hours of reading/preparation. Participants will be assigned a learning partner and will meet weekly with the entire class to discuss content, answer questions, get assistance in applying for the PMP exam, and preparing to take the PMP exam.
