Kelley Partnership for Leadership Development (KPLD)

Program Overview: Kelley Partnership for Leadership Development is a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary leadership development experience that provides leaders with the skills necessary to move their organizations to the next level. It is designed to maximize learning while minimizing disruption of work.

Learning Objectives:

• Strengthen awareness of the competencies required to effectively lead others
  
• Develop a focused action plan to develop leadership skills
• Understand how and when to effectively empower others
• Understand the interconnectedness of business functions
• Identify, frame, and solve complex business problems

The in-class portion of the program consists of three residential modules on Indiana University's campus in Bloomington, each three days in length. The Spring 2024 dates are:

• April 16-18
  
• June 4-6
• July 9-11
