Leading with AI: Self-Leadership

Course Dates: February 12-March 5 with one-day live session in Indianapolis on 2/19, and a live online Zoom session on 2/26 from 9-11:30am. 

Hybrid, instructor-led format

Pre-course work required: GenAI 101 async videos and light course-work that will provided with purchase of this course.

• Week 1 (starting on 2/12/26): asynchronous material, at your own pace
• Week 2 (2/19/26): one-day, live, in-person at 16 Tech in Indianapolis
• Week 3 (2/26/26): 2.5 hours of live, online, instructor-led session
• Week 4 (course to be completed by 3/5/26): action learning project

What this course does

• Surfaces blind spots: guided self-assessments, reflection prompts, and pattern spotting
• Clarifies what matters: connect personal values to everyday choices and trade-offs
• Sets goals that stick: translate priorities into habits, checkpoints, and accountability
• Builds EQ in practice: communication reps, scenario walkthroughs, and feedback loops—augmented by AI for rehearsal and debrief

You’ll leave with

• A usable picture of your strengths, triggers, and growth edges
• Values-aligned goals and a simple routine to track them
• Practical EQ tools for tough conversations and clearer decisions
• An Action Learning Project tailored to your role—your real issue, your design, with faculty and peer feedback to ensure follow-through
