What this course does
- Finds real customer insight: analyze voice-of-customer data, reviews, and search queries to hear what buyers actually say
- Clarifies strategy: segment simply, choose a position you can defend, and connect it to the funnel
- Elevates creative and content: use AI to draft briefs, generate variations, and tighten copy—then keep what works
- Tests, measures, repeats: design lean experiments, read results, and avoid vanity metrics
- Stays responsible: privacy, brand standards, and guardrails so speed doesn’t break trust
You’ll leave with
- Clearer messaging and offers that speak to real customer needs
- A practical approach to testing and learning that your team can sustain
- Tighter conversations with sales, product, and execs about what’s working (and what isn’t)
- An Action Learning Project tailored to your organization—your real marketing challenge, your design, with targeted feedback for follow-through
Ideal for: Mid- to senior-level managers in marketing, product, and growth who want AI to accelerate solid marketing judgment—not replace it.
