What this course does
- Frames the right problem: clarify objectives, constraints, and what would change your mind
- Builds disciplined reasoning: separate facts from opinions, spot logical gaps, and avoid false trade-offs
- Upgrades evidence quality: check sources, quantify uncertainty, and distinguish correlation from causation
- Counters bias in practice: confirmation, anchoring, sunk cost—simple “bias interrupters” you can use in the moment
- Uses AI as a challenger: red-team your plan, generate alternative hypotheses, and summarize pros/cons—without outsourcing judgment
You’ll leave with
- Clearer problem statements and decision criteria
- A repeatable routine for testing assumptions and evidence
- Sharper discussions that focus on what matters
- An Action Learning Project tailored to your organization—your real decision or analysis, your design, with targeted feedback for follow-through
Ideal for: Mid- to senior-level managers who must make defensible decisions in ambiguous situations—and want AI to strengthen their thinking, not replace it.
