What this course does
- Demystifies the core reports: income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow—how they connect and where trouble hides
- Builds a skeptic’s eye: revenue recognition, accruals vs. cash, leases, capitalization, and what footnotes really mean
- Turns statements into signals: trend, common-size, and ratio analysis to gauge health and momentum
- Applies AI for faster sense-making: variance checks, anomaly flags, footnote summarization, and plain-English walkthroughs
- Stays practical and clean: data privacy, version control, and simple checks to keep outputs trustworthy
You’ll leave with
- Greater confidence reading and explaining your organization’s financials
- A straightforward approach to tracking what matters (and ignoring noise)
- Clearer conversations with finance and auditors
- An Action Learning Project tailored to your organization—your real accounting question or report, chosen and designed by you, with targeted feedback
Ideal for: Mid- to senior-level managers, P&L owners, and cross-functional leaders who make decisions with financial implications—and want AI to accelerate understanding, not replace judgment.
