What this course does
- Clarifies the problem first: value propositions and competitive position—before touching tools
- Builds strategic judgment: distinguish signals from noise and choose a few high-leverage priorities
- Translates strategy into oversight: define outcomes, ask the right questions, and hold teams accountable to the right behaviors
- Covers smart AI adoption basics: benefits, risks, and guardrails—without the buzzwords
You’ll leave with
- A clearer strategic narrative for your function or business unit
- A short list of opportunities where AI can support that strategy
- An Action Learning Project tailored to your organization—your choice of a real issue to address, designed and scoped by you, with feedback to make it stick
Ideal for: GMs, functional leaders, and senior managers who own direction-setting and want AI to serve strategy—not the other way around.
